I have a couple of bulbs burnt out on my 1991 Toyota Pickup with automatic transmission. Are these the type of bulbs readily available at my local auto parts store? Thanks
I have a 1991 Toyota regular bed, rear wheel drive, 4 cylinder automatic with 44,000 mile that sat under a shed for 3-4 years. I took it to a very reputable wheel and suspension shop here in west palm beach. They assured me that the front end is in good shape although they an alignment. I...

Do you know how to remove the plastic covers over the base of the door rearview mirrors? Mine are not powered. I see a seam between the two halves. Just don't want to bust the plastic. The FSM doesn't explain this. Thanks
I have a 1991 Toyota Pickup, 2 wheel drive with manual windows. Behind the window crank is a little round plastic plate that keeps the crank from rubbing on the vinyl door panel. Mine deteriorated. Anyone know where to get them or has anyone come up with a homemade alternative. Thanks

Bought a timing light, jumped out E1 & TC1 and timing was way off. So I got that done.
Biggest problem now is a tingley, metallic sound in the top end which I hear when I come off idle to say, 2000 RPM and...
I tested the AFM in accordance with the FSM and help online and was able to determine that it was defective. I replaced it and it made a huge difference. Much more stable and it idles smoothly. However, when the A/C is turned on it idles too high and I'm still getting a slight ping.
I learned about obtaining codes using a jumper. I get #25 and #31. Since the FSM lists several potential causes associated with each code, are there some things that are usually the culprit(s) and I could begin with them?
