I just can't seem to burn that flab off my belly. I run three miles every day.

I am 5'11" and weight 180 pounds, however I have a little gut. What is the best exercise to get rid of the belly?

You need to eat right. Try to eat fish and chicken.

Stop eating processed foods and cut out the beer. I hope that helps.

There are a lot of options when it comes to the abdominals. Do you have any back issues? If not, you can do crunches, and cross abs. How many a day do you think you can do?

I don't have any back issues. I used to do crunches. Do you have any advice on the best method to do crunches?
