I watched a bit starting in about 2002 ... And that's it, just a bit of the world cup when it comes around.

So. Who's watching and what's your country/team?

I'm afraid that the definition for "red blooded American" has changed.

Honestly though. Americans are accustomed to action sports. Even baseball, my favorite sport to watch/play, suffers from being too slow at times.

I'm currently watching the finals with Germany and Argentina. I have a vendetta against ARG since they beat Netherlands so I hoped Germany would 7-1 them like they did to Brazil, but sadly it's still 0-0 with essentially no time left...going into penalty kicks soon.

Looks like Argentina lost, and their being poor fans about it, had a couple of riots over the loss.
