Let's get an idea for type type of oil that everyone uses in their own truck, suv, crossover, van or car.

- Oil Brand
- Change yourself, or service dept?
- Convertional or Synthetic?
- Miles between changes?

Normally, I use whatever is on sale at the time in our cars/trucks. We split about 1/2 the time with diy and going to have it done somewhere. Just depends on the amount of time we have when its needed. Usually, we go about 5k miles before a change.

Valvoline or whatever is available on the market
A mechanic. Can't avail of the service department anymore, since it's not brand new.
Synthetic or conventional, whichever is more convenient to purchase.
More or less 5,000.

I usually use Pennzoil. I just run down to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts and grab the 5 quart jug and a new filter. It's a good deal and it's worked great so far!
