Toyota Yaris - practical as a second vehicle?

I've seen the Yaris, it's a subcompact? Is it practical for a 2nd?

2nd? Geez, if you have lots of money to burn, it can be your 4rd, 4th.. and so on.. but if you can only afford one vehicle at a time, then I'll still go for a truck.
