Toyota Tacoma 2017 trim-fold hard tonneau cover

Hey all, new to the site, I own a 2017 taco sr5 and I bought this cheap $300 tri-fold hard tonneau from ebay and I was curious about the clamps that attach to the bed rail for the bed. How reliable are these clamps? Do they fly off when I'm traveling down the freeway at 70mph or does air get under it and cause it to fly off?

Im not sure what brand cover you have, but I have the same model clamps on my 7 yr old Tri Fold cover, never had an issue with it flying off.
It did bounce up and down one time, and cause me to pull over to check it.
That was my fault, I let someone not familiar with the clamps and cover latch it down.
They had a hard time latching it so they loosened the clamp and it came loose.
Lesson learned was to check and latch the cover myself from then on.
