Toyota Dealership Reviews!
Please use this forum to share your reviews of any Toyota (or Toyota-Related) dealership and you have personal experience with.
Power to the People!
Customer reviews only work when you take the time to submit a review of your experience. Now that we have sites like ToyotaTruckClub.com, you can share details of your dealer visit, so that it's all out in the open. This helps customers and it actually helps dealerships as well as it holds them accountable for their actions.
How to Review a Toyota Dealer?
It's simple, and doesn't matter if you're an owner of a Toyota or just have visited a dealership one time.
1) Start your own thread, or reply to an existing one for that dealer.
2) Share details of your experience, good and bad.
3) Make certain that you keep it generic, do not use real first and last name.
4) Full Dealership name is ok. First name and Title is acceptable for Dealership employees.
5) No matter what, please be both fair and honest.
6) You're done!
Dealers - Please register to the site as a dealer and we will give you the chance to reply publicly.
NOTE: NO REAL NAMES
Please do not use real First and Last names of people involved at the Dealership. This is not fair to them as it may take weeks or months to get back to them and they may be only partially involved.
