T100 runs rough after warmed up

I have a 95 T100 with the v6 in it. When it is cold it starts and runs fine. but after it warms up it you can't rev it up with out it running rough. It will idle smooth when cold or warm. Also now when after it has warmed up it also won't start with out a sniff of starting fluid. I have check the basics but at a loss of what it could be. any suggestions?
