Spotted this classic FJ Land Cruiser today

The tech at the shop that I've been going to for alignments and ac work had this Cruiser in their shop today.

Quite a bit of rust, they're trying to get it running.

I pulled up information on the 2F engine just for kicks.

There is one in the local Toyota dealers service dept, (Escondido Calif) that was restored. Looks like it's new, parts guy says they spent almost $100K on it. I want it!

Yeah, they can take a ton of labor if you don't do it yourself as a hobby and next thing you know you're out a lot.
