Speedo bezel on 79 Toyota Pickup

I need to get the dash bezel off of my79 PU. in the lower right hand cornor there is a screw or something holding it on I can not find it.Does someone know wher and what is holding it and guid me on how to remove it. I need to get to the spedo cable to replace it. Thanks for your help, Gary

I may have put this post in the wrong spot. It is a 89 Toyota pickup. I am attaching picture for you to look at. It is the lower right hand corner right above the radio
