Sounds like tires to me, could be balance, or a screwed up belt in the tire.Just because the tires are new doesn't give them a pass, I'd have a shop check the balance just to be sure.
Bearings are like Kenney said, another possibility is bent axle/shaft, not saying you beat your truck, I've had this problem before after hitting a pot hole.
The good news is that this is an easy test, just rotate the tires and repeat the conditions.Soun

The bleeder valves with the check ballsPut axle shafts back in, added new brake shoes, all runs smooth now.
Just need to adjust my parking brake. then bleed system. I did bleed system with a measured stick but need to do it again with
a body in the seat. Any tips on adjusting making brake? Not much info in the manual.
