Server was down today, sorry

Looks like the credit card on file with the web host didn't go through so the host shut us down! I'm not happy, so I put in a payment and they accepted it, then I went to work on other projects. Looks like after they accepted it, they declined in and then took the server down again! Not happy! Shame on you KnownHost.com!

Not a lot of experience with KnownHost, but the majority of people I know that use it, like it.

Stay away from any EIG owned hosting company though, and godaddy, and 1and1.

I agree with geezala. There's a lot of big name hosters out there with terrible customer service. Unfortunately, with a lot of shared hosting or managed accounts, you don't have a lot of options. Glad it got sorted out, and was a simple fix.
