Redo powder coating on bull bars

You know ... I've looked for a scientific study on powder coating vs spray-on paint and I can't find a study.

Plus ... will break down if exposed to UV? meaning the sun? Maybe that softened the top of it and when you stood on it the coating came off.

I couldn’t locate DuPont Imron paint so I’m going with 2X Flat Black Rust-Oleum. I’ll take before and after shots when done. Just need to get some time between all the other stuff to do.

Before installed, then back on. I think it looks bare. Wife likes it without the bar.

All done. I think it came out fine, although I wonder how gloss vs flat black would have looked. Bull bar on vs off???
