So I was given this Rand McNally 7715 RV-GPS last year and thought I would share some thoughts.
First off, it's big!
This unit was designed for use in an RV where often you have older drivers and a lot of glass to stick this on, plus that glass might be further way from the driver's eyes than in a car or pickup truck, so the larger size is actually quite nice.
Designed For RVs
One of the biggest features that we've found is that it really is deigned for people who have RVs and want to find stuff that's around them that are designed for RVers. This is actually very handy and after we updated the map with all of the latest POIs, it helped us to find a place to stay and also will help you find RV friendly parking lots and gas stations.
Old School USB Plug-in
One of the problems is that it doesn't use the new micro-USB port for charging and data transfer, but it uses the older style square USB port that it much larger and not the industry standard for how things are done these days.
