need help trouble shooting

i have a 93 toyota t100 manual, and it lacks power around 3000 rpms, i just did cap rotor new wires fuelfilter any ideas

Check for vacuum leaks and make sure the timing is properly advancing with rpm increase.

Maybe a bad fuel line or pump, the faster the engine is turning the more gas its calling for but not getting. It sounds like you have a loss of power somewhere, dose it mis-fire at all ? Did you do a compression check ?
