More trouble with alarm system

Hello All. My 2000 Tacoma SR5 Step-side 2.4 auto trans is still giving me trouble with the Theft Deterrent System. The only remaining remote I have does not work. The alarm beeps the horn and the truck will only start with the door open. Of course I have the horn fuse removed. I did remove the negative battery cable for 36 hours with no change. I do not have a wiring diagram that shows the TDS. Luckily my local inspection station does not mind the horn does not work. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank You in advance.......................Jay
