HahahIhahahahaha.

no seriously, drag racing in a residential area is bad enough, but to do so while I under the influence, if its true, is just horrible.

I guess baby beebs doesn't have anyone who can tell him "no its not a good idea to drag race while you're drunk driving a Lamborghini in a residential area."

Justin Bieber has been arrested for allegedly drag racing in Miami Beach, Fla., and driving under the influence, the Miami Beach Police Department wrote in a tweet posted on its official Twitter page.

The police told WSVN the 19-year-old Bieber was arrested Thursday just after 4 a.m.on Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street. According to police, he was driving a Lamborghini.

Officers saw two cars racing at 4:09 a.m. Thursday, with two vehicles apparently used to block the area off, Miami Dade-Police spokesman Sgt. Bobby Hernandez told WSVN in South Florida. He says the second car was a red Ferrari, and that driver was also arrested. Both cars were towed.

This is pretty sad and he is not showing this generation good role modeling. The message being sent to them is that it is okay to do these things.

Many teenagers seem to think they are invinceable and then add some stardom to the mix - he probably thinks he can do just about anything he wants to do. It is a shame - so many kids really liked him until he started doing some of the things he has been doing over the past few years. :(

The media will be running this one into the ground more than likely. We will be hearing about it for some time.

Well this is one way to ensure that we won't have to hear Justin Bieber's music any more.
If he goes to jail, we can have some time free of his voice.

He's young and got fame at a very early age, probably has a whole group of people who follow him around and keep him out of trouble ... the problem is that his guys blocked traffic and that would tick me off something fierce in my neighborhood.

It's not like that's a go kart or something like that, were talking about a Lamborghini. I don't know if they mention what type of lambo it was but that's a high performance machine I'll bet.

Yeah, I just read some of that. What a putz.

(CNN) -- Justin Bieber was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license after police saw the pop star street racing early Thursday morning, Miami Beach police said.

"What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?" Bieber asked the police officer who pulled him over just after 4 a.m., according to the arrest report.

Bieber, 19, was released from a Miami jail an hour after he made a brief appearance through a video link before a Miami judge, who set a "standard" $2,500 bond Thursday afternoon.

He strutted out of the jail dressed in black, with a baggy hoodie covering his head. His pants appeared to be baggy leather. Bieber briefly sat on top of a black Cadillac Escalade, where he waved to screaming fans, before he was chauffeured away.

At the bail hearing, the singer, dressed in an orange jail uniform, stood silently with his lips sometimes pursed as attorney Roy Black represented him in the hearing earlier.

Black told Judge Joseph Farina that he had been retained by Bieber's manager. He said his partner had been denied access to Bieber in jail before the hearing.

Bieber was booked into a Miami jail after failing a sobriety test, Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told reporters Thursday.

Oh wait, they were doing 50 or 60 mph in a 30.

Well, that's double the speed limit, but that's still not going like 130 in a 30.

The officer pulled Bieber's car over, but the singer was "was not cooperating with the officer's instructions," Martinez said.

"At first, he was a little belligerent, using some choice words questioning why he was being stopped and why the officer was even questioning him," he said.

He allegedly ignored a police officer's request to keep his hands on the car while he did "a cursory patdown for weapons," the report said.

"I ain't got no f***ing weapons," the arresting officer quoted Bieber as saying. "Why do you have to search me? What the f*** is this about?"

The arrest report describes Bieber as having a "flushed face, bloodshot eyes, and the odor of alcohol on his breath."

Bieber failed a field sobriety test, Miami Beach Police Sgt. Bobby Hernandez told CNN.

Not sure about Miami, but in Seattle you can plead not-guilty where you go to trial, guilty (which no one does), or no-contest if it's your first DUI and you basically go on probation but it ends up costing you like $7500 or more when you're all done with it and alcohol classes, etc. Not sure why they didn't do a breathalyzer on him down where they pulled him over, maybe they wanted it documented better in a controlled environment. Anyhow, for the DUI i think if it's his first (and from what I understand, it's got to be the first in the state of Florida) then that's not really jail time, but mix it with drag racing and resisting arrest ... probably won't see any jail time.
