Jerks made a mess of my ignition

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and this is my first post.
So, over winter my '90 was stolen...I got her back one month later with the cat stolen (of course) and the ignition cylinder/encasement completely sawed off. This is more than an auto locksmith can handle, and I am in over my head. I have attached a photo, and appreciate any advice y'all have about how to go about getting this fixed! Thanks in advance! What a freaking mess!

Welcome to the forum. What truck is this. A Tacoma, T-100, Tundra??? The lock cylinder is on the dash? IMO, your best bet is to find a donner truck in the junk-salvage yard, to get the parts from. The lock cylinder will need to be gotten new from your local Toyota dealer, or maybe somewhere like rockauto. The cats can also be found on a salvage, or a place like rockauto.
