Ice in/under tires?

So I have been having this issue. We have gotten a lot of ice and snow going on in my area. It seems anytime I park my truck outside the garage, I spend a good 10 minutes driving and shooting ice all over the place. Am I not letting it warm up enough or what?

I had this problem when I had a car but not a truck. Maybe it is the humidity? I am not entirely sure. Do you let it warm up for 10 minutes?
