Anyone on here collect or do a lot of shooting? The newest to my collection

So I have been having this issue. We have gotten a lot of ice and snow going on in my area. It seems anytime I park my truck outside the garage, I spend a good 10 minutes driving and shooting ice all over the place. Am I not letting it warm up enough or what?
