I am having a hard shift from park to drive and trans will not shift into overdrive or 5th gear in first generation Tundra

The truck has over 500,000 kms, excellent truck. We have changed the valve body and solenoids, still experiencing the same issues.This truck is not in limp mode, runs great other than issues.
Any help would be appreciated.

What year model? I'm assuming the fluid level is full and somewhat clean? Any linkage binding or bent?
