How often does Toyota recommend having the trans fluid changed now days?

I know things change over the years, but what is the recommended time frame from Toyota on changing the trans fluid now days? Is it around 90,000 miles?

Typically, it will be 100,000 miles on the newer models. The systems are much more advanced then they used to be.
