How much weight can bed rails hold?

Im looking to transport a few things and wanted to know what the max weight for bedrails on your truck are.

I dont think id put more than about 70lbs max, but Id stick to more like 20-30lbs just to be safe.

Yeah I agree with flyingbuz. Also, maybe the documentation pertaining to the bed rail has notes about maximum weight?

I probably put more weight on mine than I should, but yes probably they shouldn't take more than 30 pounds.

I don't use mine much. It's good to know for future reference just in case.
