Anywhere around to shop for 80's style graphics packages for the HiLux?

That particular graphics package wasn't an official Toyota offering, it was a dealer offered graphic package that was a dealer add-on.
It was very popular on the trucks and offered through a national aftermarket vendor that supplied almost every US Toyota dealer. They were the same company that provided Toyota A/C systems, carpet sets, and a few other dealer add on items.
Most people don't know all Toyota truck A/C systems were an add on item until the introduction of the Tacoma in 1995, even then the dealer could still add a/c on Tacoma trucks in till the 2001 model year.
Try talking to a final traffics company for those traffics, doubt you'll find a kit for sale.

If you're trying to match there are a lot of companies doing these types of graphics and will create them and put them on for cheap. Even the full wraps are getting fairly cheap too.
