Guy catches his neighbor Slashing his truck tire. (Video)

This happened in town. Crazy. Guy came out to find a flat tire and checked his security camera footage to see his neighbor do this.

He called the police on the guy, don't know if he was arrested or just cited.

No kidding. He said at first he came out to a flat tire and was like ... that happens. Then he saw the video. Seems crazy to me

Who does that? Just all calm and walks over like he spotted his cat under his neighbor's truck.
