I have 1988 Toyota pickup truck that is getting fuel in the fuel rail but want run. Does these trucks have a fuel relay and if so where are they located. What could be wrong.

I took the cold start injector out the first time you turn the motor it will spray gas and then quit and will not spray any more. please help thanksI have 1988 Toyota pickup truck that is getting fuel in the fuel rail but want run. I can spray gas in the air intake and it will run good.For some reason Im thinking thats correct.
If it continued to spray it would flood the engine.
Are you sure its a fuel issue?
Could it be either a timing issue or spark issue?
I think he's meaning the bottom of the vehicle, but I'm not too sure.where is the ground at?
