Driveshaft Support Bearing

There was noticeable play in driveshaft bearing so I replaced
There are TWO washers that were on the old bearing. Retrieve both as they do not come with the new bearing. Also if you do not order a new punch nut you can reuse the old one as I did

Good info jazz. Did you notice the driveshaft play while driving or a push/pull test?

A couple times I thought I felt wobble at highway speed and pulled over to check wheels. Never noticed anything at slower speeds or while towing

There is noticeable play even with the new driveshaft bearing as this is normal, more play than I expected so my old bearing was not ready to fall apart however while inspecting the old bearing you could see where driveshaft was rubbing against rubber bushing so yes it was time to replace. Also you could feel some wear in the old bearing itself.
