I am curious if anyone knows whether the Toyota dealers offer a powertrain warranty with most vehicles. If so, is this mainly with the new vehicles, or do they offer it with used ones too?

This probably depends on the area you live in. All new models will probably come with a warranty but not sure how long. Used ones may or may not come with a powertrain warranty. It pays to ask around and see what is offered. I know of several people who have gotten the warranty on used cars through the dealership.
