A woman killed in a 215 Freeway crash in San Bernardino has been identified by coroner's officials as Christina C. Init, 30, of Riverside. Init was driving a 2001 Toyota 4Runner south on the freeway south of University Parkway when she lost control of the vehicle at 11:16 p.m. Sunday.
