This is pretty cool. Scientist in China came up with tags that stick to a container and the color changes when food has gone bad. The gel-like tabs which are not very big could be stuck to cans and bottles to spot spoilage, even before the package is opened.

Interesting invention.

Exactly why we shouldnt reduce funding.
Just because the Chineese announced it first doesnt mean they didnt steal the technology from someone else.
They seem to be better at stealing than inventing lately.
