Challenge with keyless remote

Here is a recent challenge incurred with the keyless remote on a 2010 Limited. In the beginning, I could use the remote as well as touching the door handles to get in. I have changed the battery and now can only use the keyless remote. Any suggestions?

Is there a reset option? If not, you may have to have it reprogrammed. I don't have too much experience in this arena.
