Just drove out north of Bonham, Texas to take a look at the new lake that's starting to fill-up in Fannin county, it's called Bois d'Arc Lake. They essentially dammed up Bois d'Arc (pronounced like Boy Dark Lake") creek and have an estimated 16,600 acres of surface area when at full pool. It's being stocked already with trophy-quality bass and other fish species!
Anyhow, I drove all around this area a couple of days ago and took this video over the new FM897 causeway that was built to go over the lake.
