Bluetooth keeps disconnecting?

My friend has a Limited 2014 Rav4 with the Entune system. Everytime she connects her phone via Bluetooth, it seems to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, as frequently as every 30 seconds or so. It's frustrating even for me as a passenger.
I'd like to know if other people are having the same Bluetooth problem,
Have you had repeated disconnect issues in your Rav with any device? If so, please post the device, and maybe there is something common between them.

Questions: iphone or android or something else? Did it ever work properly?

Try it with a different bluetooth device to connection to it and see if that's the issue. If you have them try it with another device and it's found to be working on that device, then you know. If it's happening to multiple devices then it's either a configuration issue or there's something wrong with it and as a 2014 you should take it in to have it looked at.

Hope you've got the problem sorted out now. If not, it would help to know what type of device you're running, operating system version, what apps, etc.

My Entune connectivity issues are more specific to text messaging.
