This is usually one of the first things I put on a vehicle - deflectors. They keep out the rain if you have the window cracked and you can also leave windows cracked in the summer without people realizing it so much. Here are some options on Amazon for the 2013 4Runner:

I love the deflectors. In the summer, you can crack your windows and let the heat out without it being so obvious. And, if you are running down the highway and want to crack your windows while it is raining, it helps to keep rain from coming in. I love them and would not be without them. They are pretty inexpensive, too.

I like this option as well. We have used them on several vehicles and they are cheap in price, but well worth it.
