My 88 Toyota pick up (3L V6 4x4) starting making a strange Grinding noise when I Push the clutch petal in, would a Clutch pilot bearing be whats causing this? what about a Clutch Release Bearing? Thoughts?

I own a 88 Toyota Pick Up (reg cab, short box, 4x4, 31 inch A/T's, no lift) and I'm unsure of lifting her. The tires ride alight and don't rub unless i turn the truck nearly as hard as it will turn. I would like to give her 2" of lift (or 3" at the most) but as far as I can tell the only lift...
