So I know this is an iconic/collector type vehicle. I saw one of these for sale the other day, I loved the look of it. I have no idea how many miles were on it. They were asking $4000, is that too much?

Obviously depending on condition this is a reasonable price.
These trucks are getting harder to find in driving or rebuildable condition.

I would call the condition fair, no obvious dents or damage and it ran ok. I think we might go for it. Thanks

Fair with no dents or damage and running is getting rare for these trucks.
You might beat him down a few hundred over the engine, if its the original engine play the "but its old angle" if its been reengined with a gm play "but it isnt the original engine".
Probably wont get much off but every bit helps.

Thanks for the advice! It even has a cool retro white with a big red stripe paint job. Its been a couple weeks since we saw it, but I think we are going to double back that way. If we get it I will be sure to post pics!
