What are the shipping costs of a Toyota Hilux to Turkey?

No, I am not moving. I have a college friend who got a job with a private contractor in Izmir, Turkey (Turkey is mostly on the Asian continent). He wants to take his Hilux. He loves it- I think we all understand the love we have for our trucks.

How would he even go about getting an estimate to ship the Hilux over?
