It seems like Toyota is having a tough time in India. It will be interesting to see if Toyota rethinks how it does business in India. Hopefully they can keep their workers happy.

It seems that Toyota does not understand the Indian culture. They seem to have underestimated what employees are willing to work for.

I'm not surprised really. If you disrespect your workers, expect to be mistreated back. This refusal to work will definitely help the Indian workers and Toyota will think twice about disrespecting them again.
