Safety features for Toyota Tacoma?

I am interested in learning some of the safety features which are in the newer Toyota Tacoma. I have been in a major accident before and am looking at this vehicle as an option. Any comments are appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Tacomas have some good safety features in them. The airbags are located in the front as well as the sides. And, vehicles are much better built now days. Safety is a major concern within the industry. With each year that passes, more and more safety features are added.

From what I read, the Tacoma has a high safety rating.
