89 Wheels and tires ?

I have an 89 Toyota reg cab 4x4 4 cyc. My son want to put wheels and tires on it. He wants 31x10.50x15 tires but I'm not sure on the rims. 7" or 8" wide and not sure of backspace and offset. Any help would be great. Thanks

Install 31x10.50 on the stock Toyota 15" rims. My 31's are on aftermarket rims and I don't like the offset as it tosses mud and snow on the sides of truck constantly.
