1989 22re no start.

Hi guy's i was driving my hilux yesterday , just fine as usual.

Parked it in my driveway for the night , this morning i got in it , it cranked but never started.

I presume the fuel pump died ou the fuse burnt..

Anyone have a similar story ? What was the outcome ?

I just found that the fuse box is located in the drive side kick panel , gonna go drop on eye on that right away.

Édit : I want to move the truck on the startor motor to get my jetta out of the driveway... and it started....

Kinda scared to take it for a drive... let me know what you think the problem might be i'll be the part ( i really do belive the opening circuit relay is dying... )

Have you replaced cap and rotor yet? My son had the same issue with his 89 toyota. First time we replaced cap and rotor. Although it did start after I cleaned corrosion off rotor. . Was good until December when the same issue arose again. I was not there to cast my magic spell so it sat for 4 days then started. Never figured out why. Check for spark also.
