I just did a 4-5 inch lift on the truck and replaced both the cv axles when i did it. It did this noise before and after the lift. I thought it was the axles to that's why I replaced both of them
So I got a 1989 toyota with the stock ifs front suspension. And everytime I turn sharp whether going backward or forward it makes a really loud clunking noise. It isn't the bump stops its a definite clunk coming from the front end.

I got a 1989 toyota 4x4 22re extra cab. It's a faded blue right now and sittin all stock. Wanna paint it ( not sure on color yet ) and do a 5 in lift with 33s. Gonna be a daily driver as of now, but still want to be able to go out and play.
Yea I got the 22re In the truck, I would like to do a gear swap in the future but not sure when I'd get around to it. It's gonna be my daily driver that I just wanna occasionally go out and play. Alright so new u joints, and then spacers to drop the rack down some, and hopefully that will come...
This is the lift I ordered. Got it from Rough country website. I am planning on running 33 's after the lift. It wouldn't let me upload the link to the website.
I posted something earlier but not sure if anybody saw it... anyway
