Here is my latest project. I had a lawn mower that was burning oil bad. I also had a pressure washer with a bad pump. I got to looking at the PW engine and the mower engine. I realized that they were both Honda 160 cc engines. The PW engine was a side shaft, and the mower, a vertical shaft. I figured I could swap out the carb set up, gas tank, and bottom half's to make a good engine for my mower. I looked on you tube for info on the Honda 160 cc engine, and found what I was looking for. I even found the torque specs for the connecting rod, and how to time the cam and crank for the timing belt. I ended up having to use the lawn mower engine crank shaft, so the torque specs were handy to have, as was the info on the timing belt. I got everything swapped out. I put fresh oil and topped off the gas tank. It started on the 3ed pull. It runs great, and starts on the first pull. I could not be happier with the results. The PW wasn't used much, so the engine is in very good shape, and should last for years. I took a lot of pics with my phone. I find this is a very good tool when putting things back together.
