What can you do to boost the fuel mileage on the newer and older Toyotas?

What are some ways you can boost the fuel mileage on the older as well as the newer model Toyotas?

Keep your tires inflated.
Use a fuel system cleaner on occasion.
Start off the line slowly and accelerate slowy.

Our area is offering nitrogen (I think) inflation in tires. Have any of you tried this? They say it is better on the mileage.

@TM13TM The nitrogen is less likely to come through the rubber on the tire. In turn, the tires are less likely to lose air and nitrogen in the tires is better when you have swings in the temperatures.

We do the BG service through the dealer. Not sure if the products are available to the public. We add the extra boost to the fuel every other service.
