Usb Audio

I bought a 64g SanDisk, formatted exFat, dragged and dropped my music using itunes. After completing the drive inserted into my computer to test it, and worked fine. I then took it to my 2017 Rav4 and inserted into the USB drive slot . On my audio system the usb window stay's greyed out, it does nothing. Am I missing something? Could sure use some help on this problem. Thanks

Its most likely because you are using I tunes. Anything Apple, only likes Apple devices, And you can only make a few copys of each song.
