Tundra windshield gasket coming loose

Pointed this out to my advisor today. This guy is clueless. I said something was coming off up near the top passenger corner of the windshield. He never looked at it, only when i called back.

I'm guessing this is a warranty issue? Burns me up that he's not doing his job.

Even then, i said most certainly this is covered under warranty. He said when I come in tomorrow remind them about it then. Im like, I'm talking to you right now. I called you about it. Why dont you put it into the system now and see if it's covered?

They replaced that roof exterior trim when i bought it. My guess is the gasket failed at the same time.

That's clearly a warranty issue. It's not the windshield itself which isn't covered, clearly, but it v should be covered.

How would that not be warranty? It's like not covering the electric window motor because it's glass.
