Good to have these links. But do they really do costumer service online? One friend commented that he emailed a Toyota customer rep service one time and he never got a reply.

Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. Depending I think on where and when did you buy your Toyota. So it is still better to join forums like Toyotatruckclub.com
