Toyota Donates $500,000 To The United Way For COVID-19 Emergency Relief Needs

This was posted about 2 weeks ago but it got lost in all of the confusion that was going on. Pretty cool for Toyota to step up with a big donation like this.

In an effort to better serve the communities where we do business during these uncertain times, Toyota Motor North America, Inc. and its affiliates across 13 states have donated $500,000 to the United Way to assist those in need with food, water, childcare and other emergency relief needs. This is in addition to a number of on-going, “in-kind” donations Toyota has made to local organizations and non-profits.

Toyota is currently evaluating various options to help serve and fulfill communities with additional resources based on needs.

They break it down a lot into different areas that they split the money into, I won't post all of that. Lots of cash, lots of gloves, sanitizer, masks, etc.
