Very carefully, that's how you troubleshoot. Did you get your codes pulled to see what the error is? Go to any of the national or regional auto parts stores and ask them to pull your codes and they'll plug into your OBDII system and can give you a print out of the codes that are stored in your computer.
It could be something like a sensor in your seat that's gone out or has gotten disconnected somehow. You'll need to have your airbags working in order to pass safety inspection in most states.
