T-100 flex clutch hose

Does anyone know a valid part number for the flexable hose connecting the two ridgid metal hydrolic lines for the clutch, connecting the master cylinder to the slave cylinder? My truck is a "98" 6cyl.

Factory part number is disconntinued, plus NAPA, Autozone and O'Rillies don't carry it. So every t-100 with a manual transmission could have a problem.

Could have one made.
